EL King Music Group has done their share of work in the St. Louis and Metro East area.
They have had a hand in many recordings from The Gateway Area GMWA Choir to Min. Michael Johnson. They have participated
in recordings with Kim Burrell, Micah Stampley, Men of Standard, and several joint concerts with Keith "Wonderboy" Johnson
to Angela Spivey. Now they have ventured off into new territory as a full functioning internet radio station "NUGO".
Run by Min. Michael Johnson and Headed up by Dr. Levi King, Sr., the station plans to do their share to provide our area and
the world with good quality gospel music.
The station has been around for the past few years but just recently upped it's
frequency. It's the difference between AM radio and FM radio. "We use to have the AM frequency sound but now we
are kicking like FM," says Dr. King. To listen to CD quality gospel music (24/7) that also showcases alot of our area's
own recordings as well as national, is totally free! It also allows you to see what song is playing at that time and
the name of the artist. All you have to do is click the link that we have provided on the right of the page, download
the "Winamp" player from that page, type NUGO in the search window of that site which is powered by Shoutcast.com, and sit
back and listen. You can listen while working or working out. It's that easy!
The company is planning some big things for this summer involving the station so stay tuned!
